One Great Room
One Great Room is an introduction to interior design for ages 13-18. Using the basic principles of interior design, students will learn how to develop a concept, measure and plan a space and construct a small scale model. Studio Neptune welcomes Ariane Boult to lead this exciting class for young design students.
More about Ariane:
My name is Ariane Boult and I'm a freelance designer in Washington DC. My design work includes interior and graphic design, specifically branding and business identities. I graduated from the Corcoran College of Art & Design with an MA in Interior Design and attended Mount Holyoke College where I double majored in Literature and Russian Studies. I grew up in Providence, Rhode Island and Saint Paul, Minnesota and lived in New York City for a few years after graduating from college in Massachusetts. I've been in DC for the past three years and I love it. I've always incorporated art and design into my life, whether it's through studying architectural history and literature or through painting and drawing. I'm very excited to continue exploring art and design with students at Studio Neptune.
