I have been drawing, painting, printing, assembling, installing, and working on projects and much more for about 30 years. I work in series, each of them with their own specific theme and content. All of them have a common thread, to create an object that will live and establish connections with OTHERS.
My work evolves reflecting the world around me, from the macro to the micro, with a brush stroke to the digital. I make art because I have a basic need to search for the meaning of it all and a desire to search for answers. Be it in a shell, a tree, a torso, a seed, a face, a creature, an atmosphere my work is very symbolic and charged with the emotions of our wondrous and complex humanity.
